Who we are looking for

This recruitment page is intended primarily for drivers who already live and work legally in Czechia.

You are currently in the Czech Republic.
You have a valid C+E driving licence and Code 95 professional qualification.
You have a digital tachograph driver card.
You have a valid employee card or another suitable work permit.
You are reliable, independent and interested in long-term driving work.

Types of work we may offer

You do not need to choose a generic job without enough information. A recruiter will discuss your experience, preferred schedule and currently open positions.

How the employer change works

1. Complete the form

Answer a few questions about your documents and current employment.

2. We contact you

After reviewing the questionnaire, a recruiter contacts you using the details you provided.

3. We prepare the documents

We help you check the documents required to notify the employer change.

4. We agree on a start date

The start date is set only after reviewing your situation and receiving written confirmation from the Ministry of the Interior.

Important: In straightforward cases, the change may take approximately 1–2 months after all documents are complete. The exact timing depends on the candidate’s situation and the Ministry of the Interior. This is not a guaranteed deadline.

VCHD trucks and facilities

You will drive modern Mercedes, Volvo or Scania trucks. Depending on the selected position, you will work with a curtainsider trailer or swap bodies. For selected rotation positions, VCHD arranges and pays for accommodation. For work communication, you will receive a company mobile phone with an unlimited plan.
